With more meetings being video-conference / virtual, feels worth having a high-quality video-conferencing setup. Below is mine.

  1. Put the lens on the camera.
  2. Mount the camera on the tripod or monopod behind your monitor.
  3. Connect the camera to outlet, either over micro-USB or ideally via dummy battery for better charge.
  4. Connect the camera Micro-HDMI to BlackMagic Web Presenter HDMI via HDMI to Micro-HDMI cable.
  5. Connect Blackmagic Web Presenter to outlet via PC Power cable.
  6. Connect Blackmagic Web Presenter USB to Computer or USB Hub via USB-A to USB-B cable.
  7. Turn camera on. I put it in video mode for better face autofocus. Your mileage may vary.
  8. Option for BlackMagic Web Presenter as Zoom video source option.
  9. You're good to go!
